Installing and signing in, the Today list, and a task from Start work to Finish.

Install and sign in

1. Install Proptonomy Search for Proptonomy in the App Store, or open it on Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ai.proptonomy.app) . The web app at app.proptonomy.ai works in a phone browser too. The app adds push notifications, the camera, location while working, and in-app calls.
2. Sign in Use the account you accepted your invitation with: Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft, or e-mail and password. Face ID or fingerprint can lock the app afterwards.
3. Allow notifications Say yes when the app asks. Assignments and comments arrive as notifications that open the task.

Today

A staff member opens on Today: the tasks handed to them, split into what is left and what is done.

Example on the page: Today. The card is the one the app renders. The tasks are examples.

• Gjenstår / Remaining. Tasks offered or confirmed for today, with their time window when the task has one.
• Fullført / Done. What was finished today.
• Pull down to refresh. Tap a card to open the task.

A task, start to finish

Example on the page: The bottom bar, live. The real control. Press Start work, Pause, Resume and Finish and watch the clock. Nothing is saved.

1. Read it Title, description, the property’s address with Open in Google Maps, and comments from the coordinator or the client.
2. Start work Start work on the bottom bar checks you in with the time and, if you allowed it, your location. The timer runs. Pause and resume from the same bar. There is no separate accept step. Starting is accepting.
3. Codes & access The row Codes & access opens the door code with Copy door code, and the instructions under Getting in. Revealing a code is logged.
4. Checklist and photos Work through the Checklist. Items that ask for a photo open the camera. Photos land on the task where the client sees them.
5. Comments and Ask AI Comments to talk to your coordinator or the client on the task itself. Ask AI for questions about the property or the job.
6. Finish Finish checks you out and stops the timer. The bar then shows Checked out with the tracked total, and the client sees Completed.

Reporting an issue

Something broken, missing or wrong at the property.

Report an issue on the task opens a short form: Ta bilde eller video (take a photo or video), Legg til detaljer (what happened, other details), Send rapport. The report becomes an incident on the task. The coordinator and the client see it, with the photos attached.

History and profile

• Historikk / History: Everything you finished, by day.
• Profil / Profile: Your name and e-mail, notifications, password, Face ID or fingerprint lock, location sharing, and Logg ut.
